Marion Municipal Court
Cliff Smith is a Probation Officer for Marion Municipal Court. He has worked as a Probation Officer for the past 5 years. In this role Cliff runs the court’s Diversion Program, diverting first-time offenders out of the criminal justice, as well as, working with military veterans through Veterans Treatment Court. Cliff comes from a strong corrections background working with incarcerated adults and youths with the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction and the Ohio Department of Youth Services. Cliff has an Associate Degree from Marion Technical College, a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilberforce University and a master’s degree from Ohio Dominican University. Cliff believes in the mission and work of Marion Matters and considers it an honor to serve as a board member.
Martrice Designs and Things
Martrice R. Rogers 43, of Marion Ohio, is a mother of 3 and has one grandchild. Martrice is a 1997 graduate of Marion Harding High School, she is also a 2020 Grad of Getting Ahead & also co-facilitated Getting Ahead in 2021 and is now currently serving on the board as Vice President at the Marion Matters Inc. Martrice continues to grow and learn new things, she has also attended and completed the 2022 Forage Business Competition class and plans on getting her small cleaning & decorating business up and running with the hopes of being fully operational by mid 2023!, and be able to leave her grandkids’, grandkids a legacy!
Marion Public Health
Tyler Pigman is the Director of Environmental Health at the Marion Public Health Department. Tyler is a Marion transplant and has been at the Health Department for 15 years. Tyler enjoys working with clients for better health outcomes not only for themselves but for the whole community. Educating clients on health and safety and keeping the residents of Marion safe has been a top priority for his career in Marion. Tyler has been a board member on the Marion Palace Volunteer Board, Marion Young Professionals Board, Tri Rivers Culinary Arts Advisory Board, and helped create the Marion County Housing Coalition. He feels it is a privilege to contribute to Marion Matters since it is such an important need and worthy organization.

Brandy Page is an Academic Advisor and Retention Coordinator at Marion Technical College. She has been working in different positions at Marion Technical College for the past 6 years. Brandy is a Marion native and graduated from Marion Harding High School in 2002. Brandy attended classes on the Marion and Columbus campuses of The Ohio State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts from the Ohio State University in 2008. Early in her career, she spent 5 years working with children and families in both social service and health clinic settings. When she’s not working or volunteering in her community, you can find her having fun with her furr-babies, family, work family, and best friends.
